Job Description:
  • The Content Designer will be embedded within an agile product team responsible for designing, building, and launching an industry-leading digital banking portal for commercial and BB clients.
  • This role focuses on shaping clear, inclusive, and meaningful content across complex enterprise workflows, particularly within core banking and payments experiences.
  • The designer will apply content strategy, information architecture, and product thinking to ensure digital experiences connect business capabilities with what matters most to clients in a highly regulated environment.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute content strategies that support client understanding and business goals across digital banking products.
  • Design and maintain information hierarchies and content architecture for complex workflows, forms, and edge cases.
  • Create clear, client-focused content including labels, microcopy, explanatory text, metadata, error messaging, and support content.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/Product Designers, Design Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineering partners.
  • Facilitate and contribute to ideation sessions, design critiques, and cross-functional workshops.
  • Advocate for client needs and inclusive design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to ensure content meets regulatory standards.
  • Conduct content audits, competitive reviews, and support testing of content effectiveness.
  • Document and manage content deliverables using Confluence and support design execution in Figma.
  • Participate actively in scrum ceremonies and agile delivery processes.
  • Must Have:
  • + years of professional experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or Product Content within digital products.
  • Proven experience working on BB enterprise platforms (non-marketing, non-public websites).
  • Strong ownership of Information Architecture, including defining IA (not only inheriting it).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex content problems tied to workflows, payments, forms, and edge cases.
  • Product-focused portfolio explaining decision-making rationale, not just final outputs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Banking, payments, or financial services domain experience.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
  • Experience with Figma, Confluence, Jira, and collaborative tools (, Mural).
  • Broader product design or UX / Interaction Design background.
  • Experience using journey maps and storyboards.
  • French language proficiency.
