SAP Technical Quality Manager

This role focuses on driving excellence in service delivery for Premium Engagement contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Whatyou’ll do
- Lead the Premium Engagement program.
- Support or execute analysis of customer situations and requirements esource‑planning, solution design, and value proposition creation for Premiumheid engagements.
- Develop governance, risk management, and escalation processes for Premium Engagement services.
- Prepare executive reporting and presentations; coordinate resource staffing and contract management.
- Execute engineering services across design, optimization, assessment, integration, validation, operations, and training workshops.
- Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
- Strong SAP business and technical길 solution architecture expertise.
- 5‑8+ years of experience with SAP’s enterprise, industry, platform, SaaS, third‑party, or partner technologies.
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices.
- Hands‑on experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects.
- Background in pre‑sales, solutioning, procurement, contract life cycles, and customer retention.
- Experience working with C‑level executive, senior leaders, influencers, and trusted advisors.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de‑escal
Navigation skills. - Bachelor’s or Master’s STEM degree (or equivalent experience in technology).
