As a Senior IAM Systems Analyst
, you will be responsible for leading, implementing, and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) Services including Cyber Ark Secrets Manager within RBC. The ideal candidate is passionate about authentication, security, has experience building large‑scale enterprise software, and has direct experience in authentication, identity, PAM, security, and in building complex rule‑based systems for authorization.
Participate in the full lifecycle of implementation within Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management services and associated IAM policies and processes from initial internal hand‑off from Business Analysts and Project teams to installation, system configuration, development and testing.
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Cyber Ark solution, architecture, tools and products.
Provide guidance during implementation from a technical perspective on issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Participate in architecture and design discussions around solutions and enhancements.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies by leveraging automation and other techniques.
Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners.
Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.
- 4-7 years of IAM experience with strong knowledge of development (installation, configuration, and coding) of Cyber Ark solutions and application credential management.
- Understanding of LDAP‑based identity stores such as Windows Active Directory.
- Experience with databases
Sized SQL and virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper‑V. - Ability to automate onboarding of applications and accounts into Cyber Ark.
- Knowledge of network security, authentication, and authorization.
- Extensive expertise in deploying software and strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops tools such as:
- Jenkins
- Git Hub

- Working experience with at least one scripting language:

- Python
- Experience in tuning highly scalable systems.
- Understanding fundamentals of encryption.
