Your role, your impact

As a Business Systems Analyst, Wealth Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Digital Applications department. You’ll bridge business needs and IT solutions, ensuring wealth management systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with strategic goals. Your work will directly influence the success of our initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in a highly regulated environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Wealth Management systems and applications;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and solution designs;
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical specifications, including business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs;
• Define and recommend system solutions to meet business objectives;
• Lead design reviews and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality;
• Support testing activities by creating test cases and validating results;
• Prepare user manuals, functional specifications, and other project documentation;
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions;
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Keys to your success

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business System Analyst on Wealth Management projects within financial enterprises;
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication;
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management products, processes, and platforms;
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in Wealth Management;
• Knowledge of API integrations and data mapping;
• Certifications, such as CBAP.
