High Tech Genesis is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Copilot Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI‑powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and modern cloud technologies. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant with deep technical expertise and a passion for transforming enterprise operations—starting with tier‑one banking clients.

• Architect and deliver scalable Copilot‑based solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and unlock actionable insights.
• Lead client engagements, translating business needs into technical strategies and solution roadmaps.
• Design and develop custom Copilot agents and connectors using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Graph APIs, and Azure OpenAI.
• Define integration patterns and data flows across cloud and on-prem systems using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Copilot solutions align with governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
• Guide clients through Copilot adoption, including change management, training, and platform optimization.

• Consulting
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven success in client-facing roles within enterprise consulting, ideally in financial services.
• Cloud Architecture Expertise:
  Strong background in Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP; experience with cloud-native design and security.
• Copilot Agent & Connector Development:
  Hands-on experience building agents and connectors for Microsoft Copilot and Graph.
• Integration Architecture:
  Deep understanding of integration patterns, API design, and enterprise data orchestration.
• Generative AI Knowledge:
  Familiarity with LLMs, Lang Chain, and agentic AI frameworks for business automation.
• Governance & Responsible AI:
  Experience implementing secure, compliant, and ethical AI solutions in regulated industries.
• Enterprise Data Integration:
  Ability to connect Copilot to line-of-business systems (CRM, ERP, banking platforms) for enhanced insights.
• Dev Ops & SDLC Integration:
  Experience integrating Copilot workflows into CI/CD pipelines and managing lifecycle of AI agents.
• Regulated Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Understanding of data structures, compliance requirements, and customer engagement models.
• Communication & Leadership:
  Strong presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills to guide technical and non-technical stakeholders.
