Bilingual QA Tester

Job Title

Bilingual QA Tester (French/English) – IT Test Analyst (Contract 6 months with possible extension to FTE)

• Analyze, define, and translate business and functional specifications into testing requirements.
• Attend project meetings to report status of testing, communicate issues, and implement QA standards and policies.
• Develop, schedule, coordinate, and execute test procedures for multiple system integration projects.
• Direct, motivate, develop, and manage performance of the testing team and key staff.
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers.
• Ensure client needs are met with the highest quality.
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for small and large projects by developing and executing test cases.
• Participate in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding technology usage.
• Track and manage software concerns and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Translate business processes, systems functionality, and requirements into well‑written test plans.

• 5 years of experience in Testing.
• Fluent French language.
• 5 years of experience writing test cases, analyzing requirements, executing test cases, and logging defects.
• 5 years of manual and automation testing experience.
• 2 years of experience working in Agile pods.
• 2 years of experience with ALM and Jira.
• 2 years of experience with reporting.

• Experience with Velocity Cerra.
• Banking experience.
• Experience with customer service technology and call landing scenarios.
