We’re looking for a Financial Analyst with a competed CPA designation who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional financial analysis—bringing fresh ideas on how AI and automation can transform processes, boost efficiency, and drive profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across teams.
• Monitor KPIs like billings, WIP, collections, utilization, and realization.
• Build and refine financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to forecasting, reporting, and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to implement automation solutions.
• Maintain high-quality dashboards and ensure data accuracy.

What You Bring:

• CPA designation (CPA, CA; CPA, CMA; or CPA, CGA).
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a professional services or similar environment that focuses on client service.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel & PowerPoint abilities.
• Knowledge of AI tools, predictive analytics, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
