About

Tribal Scale

Tribal Scale is a digital innovation and consulting firm that helps organizations build, modernize, and scale digital products. We work at the intersection of strategy, product, design, and engineering to solve complex business problems—often in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments. Our Product Managers play a critical role in shaping outcomes for our clients and ensuring teams build the right things, the right way.

The Role

As a Product Manager at Tribal Scale, you will lead product discovery and delivery in close collaboration with clients, designers, and engineers. This is a consultative, client‑facing role—you will be embedded in delivery teams, guiding decisions from problem definition through execution. You will be expected to balance strategic thinking, delivery execution, and strong communication while operating comfortably in ambiguity. Importantly, our PMs are expected to be AI‑fluent—both in how they work day‑to‑day and in how they help teams build AIšenje products.

What

You’ll Do Product Discovery & Strategy
  • Partner with clients to understand business problems and translate them into clear product opportunities.
  • Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions.
  • Define product goals, success metrics, and outcomes—not just features.
  • Evaluate trade‑offs and make informed recommendations in uncertain environments.
Delivery & Execution
  • Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and roadmap planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Ensure clarity of requirements, acceptance criteria, and scope.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changing priorities.
Point to client partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (including Director and VP‑level).
  • Communicate clearly and confidently about progress, risks, and trade‑offs.
  • Help clients understand the "why" behind product decisions.
  • Represent Tribal Scale's product and delivery maturity in every engagement.
AI Expectations (Core to the Role) AI for Personal & Team Productivity
  • Actively use AI tools (e.g. LLMs) to improve your own argparse effectiveness, such as:
    • Drafting and refining product documentation.
    • Synthesizing research and stakeholder inputs.
    • Supporting analysis, planning, and decision‑making.
  • Continuously explore and adopt AI‑enabled workflows for product management and delivery.
Building AI‑Enabled Products
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to help shape AI‑powered product experiences.
  • Demonstrate a working understanding of:
    • Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
    • How LLM‑based systems are designed, scoped, and evaluated.
    • Keyraînement considerations such as data sources, grounding, hallucinations, latency, and cost.
  • Help define requirements, constraints, and success criteria for AI features.
  • Translate AI capabilities and limitations into clear, practical guidance for clients.

Note:

You are not expected to build or train models—but you are expected to understand how AI systems work well enough to guide product serrurier decisions and conversations.

What We’re Looking For Required Experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) in consulting, agency, or client‑facing environments.
  • Experience leading discovery and delivery simultaneously.
  • Cross‑functional teamwork with Engineering and Design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑changing contexts.
AI & Technical Fluency
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools in day‑to‑day work.
  • Familiarity…
