Lead Business Systems Analyst

Accelerate Her Future® is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to join a purpose-driven, inclusive team committed to high performance.

Requisition

Large-scale, enterprise-wide project to accelerate personalization capabilities across our stack (targeted propensity-driven lists, offer journey orchestration). The role sits within the Engineering function of an agile Project Squad, helping identify business needs and translating them into technical solutions across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • In partnership with Technology Delivery and Product partners, lead the backlog refinement, execution and delivery through effective story grooming, UAT planning, technical and business knowledge, and stakeholder management.
  • Facilitate offer lifecycle management and GTM requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams, and process flows.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Direct day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with our risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits, communicating it throughout the team.
  • Create an environment where the team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day‑to‑day business controls to meet obligations with respect to risk and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of previous experience as a Business Analyst, experience in large enterprise organizations, FI preferred with a focus on Personalization/Digital/GTM/offers.
  • 1–2+ years of experience with planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of end-users.
  • Good to have – Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
  • Good to have – Experience with Jira/Confluence.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and work closely with external vendors.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and conduct necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently or with minimal direction.
  • Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale projects.
