OMS Product Manager – Hybrid – Toronto – Capital Markets Industry

We’re hiring an experienced OMS Product Manager for a long-term contract in Toronto’s financial sector. This hybrid role (regular onsite meetings with traders) runs until November 2026 with strong potential for extension or conversion to full-time.

Join a high-impact team working on optimizing order & trade management workflows, reducing vendor reliance, and enhancing OMS technology for broader client use. You’ll lead product strategy, manage the roadmap, align tech with sales efforts, and ensure exceptional user experience.

Industry: Capital Markets / Financial Services

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 15+ years in financial services (product/project mgmt, BA, or biz dev)

• Deep knowledge of Canadian equity market microstructure

• Experience with OMS/EMS platforms and FIX protocol

• Strong UX focus and Agile experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Exposure to global markets (US, EU, Asia)

• Experience with equity options/futures

• Sales engineering or platform adoption exposure
