SEO and Growth Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to accelerate user acquisition and organic traffic growth through data-driven strategies. This hybrid role requires expertise in growth marketing tactics and search engine optimization to maximize visibility, conversions, and retention.

• Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.
• Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Manage content strategy for blogs, landing pages, and other assets to drive organic growth.
• Run paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and optimize for ROI.
• Perform A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to align SEO and growth initiatives.
• Monitor analytics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and growth marketing best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing and SEO.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Marketo).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
