We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our IT Solutions sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the IT sector. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and professional growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings and tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and hardware products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
