Responsibilities:
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills in guiding cross‑functional teams through requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and facilitating workshops to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Perform system analysis, design, testing, and implementation of applications, ensuring alignment with strategy and standards.
- Define and manage user stories, participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensure that business needs are reflected in technical solutions.
- Conduct user research and develop personas to understand user needs, and create journey maps to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Analyze user requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to generate prototypes for user consultation. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage incidents, triage issues, and ensure prompt resolution while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Consult with clients on changes/modifications, recommend system enhancements, and assist in the development of training plans.
- Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and other relevant materials to support system implementation and maintenance.
- Assist in planning application development activities, providing direction and support to ensure that deliverables meet business and technical standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting user research, developing personas, and creating end‑to‑end journey maps, with the ability to translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and prototypes for stakeholder and user validation.
- Strong experience analyzing large, rules‑based enterprise systems with multiple integrations, including coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, assess impacts, and ensure alignment across interconnected applications and services.
- Proven experience working in mature agile environments, including leading requirements discovery, writing and refining complex user stories, managing and prioritizing product backlogs, and supporting sprint planning, reviews, and refinements to ensure business outcomes are delivered.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge & Expertise
- Extensive background in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, functional design, prototyping, and feasibility assessment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, agile and hybrid delivery models, COTS platforms, and web‑based applications.
- Experience working with complex system integrations, data flows, interfaces, and reporting/analytics solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and regulatory or policy‑driven rules, identify gaps and risks, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Proven experience evaluating system design options and assessing impacts on service delivery, operations, and end users.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and delivered within agile frameworks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and stakeholders in translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Proven experience producing high‑quality documentation, including requirements artifacts, functional specifications, business cases, and training materials.

- Depth of experience in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, functional design, and feasibility assessment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile, COTS solutions, and web‑based platforms.
