What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Senior SAP Solution Advisor focused on SAP Cloud ERP (S/4

HANA Cloud/RISE with SAP and related cloud solutions) to act as the technical and solution-focused leader for strategic accounts across the full customer value journey (CVJ). You will partner closely with Account Directors and Account Executives to drive new sales, accelerate adoption, and ensure customers realize measurable value from SAP Cloud ERP solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep domain knowledge of core finance and operational processes with proven SAP cloud product expertise and the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into outcome-driven cloud solutions.

responsibilities
  • Provide deep Cloud ERP solution expertise to support new sales, adoption, and renewal conversations with strategic customers.
  • Strong SAP product experience: SAP S/4

    HANA Cloud (public/private), RISE with SAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and related integrations with cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Deep working knowledge of core business processes: record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, asset management, intercompany accounting, tax and revenue recognition, master data governance, and localization requirements.
  • Experience with cloud delivery and migration models (RISE, greenfield/brownfield conversions, side-by-side extensions), integration patterns (APIs, IDoc/EDI, iFlows), data migration, and cutover planning.
  • Proven track record of creating pipeline and revenue growth through domain-led solution leadership and executive-level engagement.
Preferred skills and attributes
  • Certifications such as SAP S/4

    HANA, RISE, SAP Activate, or other relevant cloud/SAP credentials.
  • Experience with intelligent ERP extensions and adjacent cloud solutions (Ariba, Concur, Success Factors, IBP, Analytics/SAC) and with extensibility approaches on BTP.
  • Familiarity with governance, controls and continuous monitoring in a cloud context, cloud security and compliance frameworks, and change management for large-scale ERP transformations.
  • Experience with cost-to-serve/duty optimization is helpful where trade or tax optimizations touch ERP processes.
Accountability and delivery
  • Effectively transition engagements to implementation partners / Field Services preserving requirements, controls, and evidence needed for audit and compliance.
  • Evangelize SAP Cloud ERP capabilities post-sale to drive adoption, expansion (e.g., finance transformation, supply chain modernization, digital core), and renewals.
  • Leverage digital assets (recorded demos, ROI calculators, migration playbooks, content from the Global Digital Content Factory) and maintain accurate SAP system records for customer activities.
  • Contribute Cloud ERP best practices and reusable assets to a centralized content hub and collaborate with Customer Advocates to align adoption feedback with solution expertise.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8–15 years of relevant experience in Cloud ERP, SAP solution advisory, or ERP transformation within large multinational organizations or professional services.
  • Support Stage F/D activities for ADs/AEs through tailored solution presentations, executive briefings, and qualification workshops focused on ERP transformation and cloud migration.
  • Evaluate accounts against Cloud ERP qualification criteria (process complexity, legacy footprint, data quality, integration surface area, regulatory requirements) to prioritize Solution Advisor investment.
