SAP Success Factors LMS
- Job Description
- 2-6 years of experience in SAP Success Factor - LMS
- Certified in Success Factors LMS and compensation management module
- Hands on experience in SF implementation of LMS and compensation management module
- Create and configure Excel document to successfully import into LMS
- Upload and test courses to icontent and other content management system
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for Success Factors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
- Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML
- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
- Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows
- Should have basic experience in SAP HCM – PA/OM module
- Mid-Senior level
