Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work with Product Management, Development and stakeholders across the organization to define, shape, and deliver exceptional product experiences across a variety of digital platforms.

• Participate in the discovery, planning, and design of new features and products
• Understand the behaviours, motivations, and needs of our customers to develop relevant and impactful product experiences
• Synthesize research to define gaps in usability, customer needs, and strategic opportunities
• Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups
• Partner closely with Product, Development, and other teams throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Follow established Credivera design system patterns while directly contributing to its evolution
• Advocate for design with cross‑business leadership

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a product designer leading design across a suite of responsive web and/or native mobile applications
• Fluency in principles and techniques of human‑centred design practices, information architecture, service design, and user experience design
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and analysing research data
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage teams and advocate for your ideas
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a passion for design excellence
• Experience in a fast‑paced software development environment with an ability to execute against established timelines
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
