Scrum Master

Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support our IVR Cloud Migration and related initiatives. This role will bridge internal execution teams and external vendors, ensuring that deliverables are integrated seamlessly into the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring experience in cloud migration, voice channel technologies (IVR/NLU), and the ability to work across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as this position requires managing internal stakeholders while collaborating with third‑party vendors.

• Proven experience in cloud migration projects
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong vendor management and coordination skills
• Ability to facilitate execution across cross‑functional teams
• Experience with IVR systems or Natural Language Understanding (NLU) in voice channel environments
• Familiarity with AI prompting skills for conversational or automation workflows
• Background in managing hybrid project environments (internal + external vendor deliverables)
