Senior Full Stack - Software Developer
Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)

This position is provisionally Onsite , requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking as a Senior Full Stack Software Developer responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical enterprise applications. You’ll investigate incidents, coordinate workshops, provide first‑line user support, and execute technical solutions aligned with service delivery requirements. This role ensures high‑quality production support and collaborates across technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.
Scope
Provide 1st‑/2nd‑line support, investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects, and coordinate solutions with delivery teams
Facilitate requirements workshops and document business/system needs (process maps, user stories, GUI specs, data models)
Coordinate, test, and implement application updates and infrastructure changes
Assignment Deliverables
Perform post‑change testing and support backups/restores during system refreshes
Produce weekly status reports and update LTC activity tracking systems
Lead knowledge transfer activities and produce corresponding KT documentation
Adhere to standards and best practices in software development, troubleshooting, and support.
Expertise Required
Must Have
Proven experience in Angular 12+, .NET Core 5+, C#, Entity Framework Core
Hands‑on use of Azure cloud stack:
App Gateway, App Services, SQL DB, Function Apps, AD, occasionally AKS
Competency with Selenium and Send Grid for QA and email integrations
Experience analyzing business/system requirements, transforming them into technical specifications and acceptance criteria
Proficient in incident management tools (e.g., eSMT, SODO) and SLA‑driven support environments.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with OPS Public Secure services and Ontario GO IT standards/gating process
Experience with re‑engineering initiatives and cost‑effective service delivery improvements
Knowledge of offline document synchronization processes and infrastructure support during system refreshes
Security Clearance
