Position: Identity Access Management Specialist (Okta)
Identity Access Management Specialist (Okta)
The Identity Access Management Specialist (Okta) will provide technical administration and support for our client’s corporate Okta platform to ensure optimal performance in a secured manner.
Responsibilities
Technical administration the corporate Okta PlatformManaging an incident queue for Okta related issues and providing assistant to clientsProposing, developing, testing, and implementing Okta workflowsImplementing and supporting technical integrations of single sign-on applications within OktaCreating and maintaining documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures, and modifications to the Okta environment.Managing updates and changes following standard Change Management processesConduct research and assist Manager with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshootingCreate and maintain thorough documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures and modifications of applicable corporate applicationsAssist the Application Development team by performing applications testing and application deploymentsManage installations, patching and monitoring of development, testing and production application environmentsManage incident queue to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely mannerProvide reporting to company stakeholdersEnsure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policiesQualifications
Previous experience with system integrations to OktaIdentity Management/Access Management experienceActive Directory KnowledgePrevious experience with SAML and OpenID Connect Single Sign-On integrationsExperience with BMC Remedyforce and SalesforcePowershell and related scripting experienceIdentity Access Governance and Role Based Access Control experience an assetThis is a permanent position with an annual salary of $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 plus bonus, located in Toronto (hybrid).
