Position: Portfolio Management Application Support Specialist (PMASS)

Job Description

The Portfolio Management Application Support Specialist (PMASS) will support front office users across Canada by providing portfolio management application support for Client Reporting (Flex Pak), Portfolio Data (Client Link), Custody Statement, and Client Account Maintenance software (COB Account Opening, Approval Workflows, eSIGN, Service Link and Service Link+). This role within the Business Operating Solutions & Effectiveness (BOSE) team involves close collaboration with various departments, including Business Application Solution Specialist (BASS) Team and Wealth Management Technology Production Support.

The Specialist will be the Product expert for portfolio management applications, ensuring their effective use and troubleshooting any issues. Please note that this is a portfolio management application support role with a technical focus, not a financial planning position.

What will you do?
  • Portfolio Management Application Support – Assist the front office users on portfolio management applications and respond to client queries.
  • Product Enhancements – Report trends to Product owners/Journey leads for enhancements/fixes/backlog for roadmap.
  • Coaching – Provide ongoing coaching to users directly or refer them to job aids and other resources.
  • Testing – Conduct Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV) of updated or newly created portfolio management applications developed internally or acquired from external vendors.
  • Participate in various working groups & cross-departmental projects.
  • Collaborate with Training & Development, BASS, WM Technology Production Support, Operations to contribute to developing and updating training programs and supporting material.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is $55,000.00 - $90,000.00. The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting.
