We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Developer to lead and mature our test automation capabilities across a complex, multi‑application environment. This engagement centers on designing and scaling automated QA solutions that improve release quality, accelerate delivery cycles, and ensure compliance with public‑sector standards (including AODA accessibility testing).

• Identify automation opportunities within software processes
• Design and execute automated QA tests and scripts
• Write, maintain, and optimize test automation scripts and frameworks
• Integrate testing in GUI and non‑GUI systems, including integration and UAT.

• Comprehensive test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Katalon, UFT, Load Runner, Postman/ReadyAPI
• QA frameworks supporting performance, functional, AODA, and integration testing
• Test strategy documents, test plans, and executed test cases.

• 10+ years of experience in QA and test automation, including planning and executing large‑scale testing efforts.
• Hands‑on expertise with automation tools:
  Selenium, Katalon, Microfocus UFT, Load Runner, JMeter, Ready
  
  API/Postman.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, and SDLC methodologies, including integration with CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure) and experience with API/web services testing.

• Knowledge of AODA audit tools (AXE, WAVE) and accessibility compliance best practices.
• Familiarity with Information Management principles and commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) application testing.
