What you'll do
Define and drive the technical vision for our web development teams focused on enhancing customer experience.Coach and improve the technical skills of developers using your expertise.Champion the architecture of our web platform, ensuring best practices and minimal technical debt.Identify and advocate for improvements in technical processes to maximize team performance.Build strong relationships across the organization, collaborating to find optimal solutions, reusing standards or innovating as needed.Lead by example in software quality, engaging hands-on during key moments like proofs of concept, bug fixes, or high-priority hotfixes.Promote a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.Does this sound like you?
8+ years of experience with web technologies (Java, Node.js) and architectures, including legacy systems, cloud computing, high-demand environments, and microservices.Strong expertise in GCP services (Cloud Platform, Kubernetes Engine, Compute Engine, Interconnect).Thought leader in innovation, championing technology practice maturation with stakeholders.Excellent at knowledge transfer, asking questions, and translating high-level decisions into understandable implications.Comfortable making decisions amid ambiguity, using data for technology choices and designs.Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting solutions clearly and concisely.Passionate about building robust software and maintaining high standards.Hungry to learn, adaptable, and eager to improve personally, the team, and products.How you’ll succeed
