What You’ll Be Doing

At CIBC, we are on a mission to build the relationship-focused bank of the future with teams that reflect the clients and communities we serve. We invite technology professionals who self-identify as a member of the Indigenous community (First Nations, Metis and Inuit) to join our Innovation and Technology team.

This is a general applicant portal for members of the Indigenous community (First Nations, Metis and Inuit) to apply to opportunities in Innovation and Technology. As part of our Innovation and Technology team, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and delivering solutions that enhance the banking experience for our clients. Here are some examples of the types of roles we frequently hire for:

• Application Developer:
  Work on developing, testing, and implementing cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to design and build personalized banking solutions that transform the way people bank.
• Business Systems Analyst:
  Act as a bridge between business and technology, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting end-to-end project implementation. You’ll help create innovative systems that improve client experiences.
• Project Coordinator:
  Support project managers by tracking progress, managing schedules, and reconciling project financials. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Project Manager:
  Lead complex technology projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure project milestones are met. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.
