Marketing Designer

Job Summary The Marketing Designer III / Senior Analyst, Marketing Delivery will support end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns within the Growth Marketing group. This role focuses on designing, executing, and measuring high-impact direct-to-consumer marketing experiments
, while ensuring precise execution, strong stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of campaign workflows. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketing analytics professional with strong technical skills, campaign lifecycle ownership, and experience operating in high-volume, regulated environments
.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and measure direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and experiments to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
, from intake and design through deployment, troubleshooting, and post-campaign analysis.

Translate business objectives into insight-rich experiments that drive marketing ROI.

Ensure campaign execution (, list creation, segmentation, deployment) is completed with precision and accuracy
.

Provide post-campaign and ad-hoc analytics to inform campaign strategy and optimization.

Proactively manage project timelines and deliverables, negotiating adjustments with stakeholders when required.

Continuously enhance campaign delivery by leveraging analytical tools, data, and automation
.

Maintain a strong risk management and control mindset supported by established processes and governance.

Partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Required Skills & Experience

+ years of hands-on experience designing, executing, and measuring direct marketing campaigns
.

+ years demonstrated command of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
.

+ years experience in financial services, telecom, consulting, analytics, or agency-side roles within high-volume marketing environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud preferred).

Advanced SQL skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

Proven project management mindset with minimal supervision required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Python and/or Py Spark

Knowledge of cloud databases and data structures

Experience with vendor engagement and file format requirements

Experience working in Agile environments
