Our client in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across complex technology and business initiatives. The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams using Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level transformation programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Agile delivery across multiple squads, ensuring clear execution plans, sprint objectives, and team alignment.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, story-mapping, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Coach Product Owners and team members on Agile practices, prioritization, estimation, and delivery best practices.
Support project discovery, solutioning, and release-readiness activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Monitor sprint velocity, team health, blockers, and delivery risks; implement action plans to maintain momentum.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on roadmaps, scope, financial tracking, and governance requirements.
Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC/PDLC frameworks and maintain documentation for audits and controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote Agile mindset across teams.
Partner with stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and alignment across programs and domains.
+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Management roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience leading delivery within banking, financial services, or other large enterprise environments.
Proven ability to coach teams and Product Owners in Agile practices and backlog management.
Strong facilitation skills for story-mapping, discovery, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination.
Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity, or similar delivery management platforms.
Ability to manage risks, dependencies, financial reporting, and governance deliverables in complex programs.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting multi-team or scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
Background in enterprise transformation, digital delivery, or modernization programs.
Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or audit processes within financial services.
