As a UiPath Developer, you will be a key contributor to our client's intelligent automation efforts, creating scalable, efficient, and robust automation solutions. Youll build end-to-end workflows using UiPath technologies, support automation operations, and collaborate with business and technical partners to unlock opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
This role is highly hands-on and requires practical experience in developing RPA solutions in production environments. You will be part of a growing Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) that champions innovation, empowers employees, and enhances operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on Development
Design, develop and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, REFramework, and associated tooling.
Build automations that interact with enterprise systems (web, desktop, Excel, PDF, databases) with robust error handling and logging.
Leverage UiPath Add-Ons like Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and UiPath Apps where applicable.
End-to-End Delivery:
Translate business processes and requirements into scalable automation designs.
Prepare and maintain project artifacts such as solution designs, runbooks, deployment manifests, and technical documentation.
Support CI/CD deployment pipelines for automation code (e.g., Git Hub workflows).
Support & Operations:
- Monitor automated processes in UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshoot bot failures, and implement fixes or improvements.
Work with support/operations teams to maintain and enhance automation reliability.
Collaboration & Engagement
Work closely with automation stakeholders to identify opportunities and showcase automation art of the possible.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers; participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices and governance.
Continous Improvement
Recommend and implement enhancements to existing automations to improve efficiency and maintainability.
Stay current on emerging RPA/IA trends and tools, especially within the UiPath ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years hands-on experience developing UiPath RPA solutions in enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and related components.
Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, and UiPath Apps (preferred).
Solid grasp of SQL, .NET fundamentals, and automation integration techniques.
Strong documentation, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have:
UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certification.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Exposure to automation governance frameworks and enterprise-level design patterns.
