The Chief Data Office (CDO) is a first-line function that provides enterprise data management products and execution support for critical data management and governance activities. We are seeking a strategic, delivery-focused leader to drive improvement and efficiency across our organization's enterprise data management product portfolio.

As a seasoned Program Director, you will bridge strategic planning and execution. You thrive on leading and collaborating with strategists, product managers and development teams to create comprehensive delivery plans against which the success of our data management strategy can be measured. You have a background in information management and have a strong command of data governance and data protection principles and technologies.
What will you do?
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable execution plans

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery

  • Develop and track metrics to evaluate program success

  • Foster collaboration between governance, development and security partners

  • Facilitate change management in collaboration with product management

  • Ensure relevant risk/IT findings related to the program are managed to timely closure

  • Facilitate and follow up on feature requests with vendors

  • What do you need to succeed?
  • 15+ years proven technical program director with a track record of developing execution plans resulting in successful program delivery

  • Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data governance, data protection, data quality, and data analytics

  • Experience with Disciplined Agile and/or iterative RUP methodologies

  • Experience with project and change management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience managing and optimizing budgets for multiple vendor products and projects.
