Deliverables:
The resources will provide operational and project support for IT Infrastructure within the Guelph Data Centre and MS Entra Tenant. The work will be completed via remote access, from an ITS office location five days per week. The role may provide the resource access to information, assets, systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provides systems administration and systems operations support, including setting up user access, user profiles, backup and recovery, day-to-day computer systems operations.
- Perform software upgrades, apply patches, and provide customer interface to ensure requested changes are implemented, monitor computer workload trends and make adjustments to ensure optimum utilization of computer resources. Upkeep, configure, install and support the clients’ network and coordinate the various systems.

This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
