Position: Summer Intern/Co-op 2026 – AI Delivery

The AI Delivery Co-op will support the advancement of AI initiatives across Group Functions. This position offers hands-on experience in project coordination, processes improvement, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams—including data scientists, IT professionals, and business leaders—to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with strategic priorities. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both the technical and operational dimensions of AI delivery, including strategy development, governance, and enablement practices.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support AI Delivery:

    Assist in coordinating and tracking AI and GenAI initiatives across Group Functions, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and timely updates

    Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities for enablement, designing and documenting processes, templates, and standards that improve how we deliver AI initiatives across Group Functions, ensuring scalability and consistency

    Collaborate with multi-functional teams (project leads, managers, data scientists, IT, Data Office, function partners) unblock deliverables to accelerate results where possible

  • Contribute to Group Functions AI Strategy and Roadmap Development:

    Help gather insights and stakeholder inputs to refine the AI strategy roadmaps for different Group Functions

    Prepare summaries and visualizations to communicate priorities effectively

    Assist in monitoring progress of the AI roadmaps for different functions, including AI benefits/ value tracking

  • Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement Support

    Create and maintain initiative trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates

    Support preparation of status reports, quarterly reviews, and delivery health checks for leadership

    Support AI initiatives intake and prioritization process

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a program in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or Business, or a related discipline

  • Strong interest in AI, GenAI, digital transformation and their business applications

  • Familiarity (experience or coursework) with project management methodologies (both waterfall and agile)

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and reports

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or coursework in data analysis and dashboard building, preferably with familiarity with PowerBI

  • Notions or experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and emerging trends in Generative AI
