Is this role right for you?
In this role, you will:Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements across global finance close and reporting cycles, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide transformation goals.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Technology, and Business Units to map interdependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and drive consensus on process enhancements.
Oversee project planning, milestone tracking, and issue resolution. Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives through effective governance and stakeholder management.
Conduct advanced analytics on stakeholder feedback, survey results, and operational data to uncover trends, inform decision-making, and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive audiences with clarity and impact.
Ensure all process changes and operational decisions are aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite, regulatory obligations, and conduct standards.
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that champions customer-centricity, continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams.
