Hourly Rate is YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Execute website content for The Ordinary using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Amplience, directly contributing to brand storytelling and user experience.Support the continuous refinement of content and merchandising approaches by assisting in measuring content engagement and conversion rates, impacting site effectiveness.Assist in the enhancement of The Ordinary's customer journey and increased conversion by collaborating on A/B testing initiatives and personalization strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to manage website content that supports The Ordinary’s promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.Collaborate with technical teams to assist with website updates and resolve content-related technical issues for The Ordinary.Support in monitoring site performance and user behavior across tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to drive insights for The Ordinary, requiring interpretation of complex data.Utilize proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Amplience for effective site and content management.Apply understanding of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Looker Studio, to interpret site performance and user behavior data.Ensure content accuracy and brand consistency across the site, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.Report to the Head of Website Experience on progress, issues, and strategic initiatives related to website content and performance.Work independently on assigned tasks, while seeking guidance on complex technical or strategic issues.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE:
