Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service and Experience Cloud. Knowledge of data cloud will be a good add on.Strong Implementation skills using declarative programmingStrong skills on Apex programming, Triggers, writing Test Classes, Batch Processes and building LWC components, Apex Code for integration including using Platform Events, Flows, User Security etc..Hands on experience with Salesforce CPQ usage of Advance Approvals and Price Rules will be good.Strong experience in Sales Cloud with Opportunity, Products, Service ContractsWorking with Clients Technology Solution Architect, Salesforce Data Developer, and 3rd party implementation provider, to work on Salesforce development items in an Agile sprint-based fashion.Providing support, spot training/coaching, on dev processes, methodology and Salesforce architecture to Client's Technology Solution Architect and Salesforce Data Developer.Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the Clients Salesforce strategyDeveloping re-usable Apex applications for internal and customer use.Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Migration is good to haveStrong collaboration skills, including closely working with offshore teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment.Skills:Significant technical and/or business process consulting experienceExtremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom apex development, LWC and SOQL experienceExpertise providing solution architecture on Sales, Service Cloud.Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systemsDegree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent education/experience
