Position: Java Developer with Production Support
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our L support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java debugging

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level (L) support for Java-based enterprise applications.Troubleshoot and debug Java code to resolve production issues.Monitor application performance using tools like Splunk
, App Dynamics
, or New Relic
.Collaborate with L support, development, and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes or workarounds.Maintain documentation for recurring issues and resolution steps.Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and escalate critical issues appropriately.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements.Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.+ years of experience in Java development/support roles.Strong hands-on experience with Java ,
JEE
, Servlets
, and JSP
.Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle, MySQL).Experience with log analysis tools (, Splunk, ELK).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
, Git
, and Dev Ops practices
.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
