Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Build full-funnel paid media strategies across search, social, video, display, programmatic, and retargeting.
  • Set up, launch, and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitive analysis, and bid strategy selection.
  • Maintain accurate campaign structures, naming conventions, and testing frameworks.
  • Optimization & Performance Management

  • Continuously monitor performance, implementing optimizations to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiency.
  • Run A/B tests across audiences, placements, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Manage pacing, budgets, and bid strategies to ensure campaigns deliver on goals.
  • Build weekly, monthly and quarterly, extracting insights and next steps.
  • Translate performance results into clear, client-ready presentations.

    Identify insights and opportunities to scale winning initiatives.
  • Tracking & Digital Attribution

  • Must be able to Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels, UTM structures, custom events, and conversions via Google Tag Manager.
  • Validate tracking across devices and platforms; resolve discrepancies in attribution or reporting.
  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with creative teams to brief in ad copy, design needs, and video formats based on platform trends.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to account managers and clients.
  • Participate in strategy sessions, client calls, and cross-team planning.
  • Growth Opportunity

  • Contribute to the development, execution and growth of the agency's Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) service offerings.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple ad platforms, and pixel / attribution management
  • Strong knowledge of Meta and social ads is essential
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and troubleshooting for tracking.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize accordingly (familiarity with attribution models and understanding of cross-channel measurement)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree or certificate in marketing, analytics, communications, business, or related field (optional but preferred)
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or organic social
