RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of the Wealth Process Excellence (WPE) team meet with process SMEs across TD Wealth to develop a full process inventory. Hold working sessions to document process steps and ensure process models adhere to enterprise standards. Convert existing process maps developed in MS Visio into ARIS process models. Convert existing documented procedures into ARIS process Models and validate with business stakeholders.
