As Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the Dynamics 2013/2016 Upgrade project . You will work closely with cross-functional teams, I and amp;

IT professionals, and leadership to enable this initiative.

Responsibilities:
Required to translate technical systems specifications and existing functionality into working, tested CRM Dynamics applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Skills:

• Experience in development, programming, and analysis at Level 3 with MS Dynamics CRM 2013, 2016, Online Sales, Marketing, and service modules. Customized complex applications on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform as well as the Dynamics 365/ADX Portal.

· Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications

· Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level

· Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications

· Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools

· Experience in one or more programming languages

· Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications

· Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting

Desired Technical

· Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies

Design Skills 20%

· Full Stack Skills Proficient with both front end and back end development, including any associated areas such as database design/management and Dev Ops Knowledge and experience with design and implementation of the overall web architecture

· Experience with implementation of approved user interface, design and deployment of database

· Knowledge and experience ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability

· Knowledge and experience in design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment

Analytical and Communications Skills 20%

· Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging

· Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues

· Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices

· Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards

· Ability to provide user and system documentation as required

Must haves:
