• Lead and inspire a customer-focused culture, strengthening internal and external relationships while leveraging broader Bank systems, tools, and partnerships.
• Oversee global 24/7 production support for Operations applications, ensuring performance, stability, and resiliency.
• Manage medium to large-scale technology projects with IT budgets ranging from $2M to $15M, balancing delivery speed with quality and compliance.
• Drive modernization by applying emerging technologies to evolving operational and regulatory requirements.
• Champion Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, and Dev Ops practices to increase delivery velocity and innovation.
• Build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive team of 75+ professionals, fostering continuous learning, accountability, and engagement.
• Communicate the Bank’s vision, values, and risk culture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory standards.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and project prioritization across a diverse work portfolio.
• Ensure timely development and deployment of complex, multi-system technology solutions spanning global business lines and customer segments.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts, ensuring strong collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with executive leadership and business stakeholders, providing strategic updates and influencing key decisions.
• Embed a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of production issues and promoting knowledge transfer.
• Develop and enforce policies and frameworks to address complex, evolving technology and operational challenges.
• Oversee delivery of highly complex, multi-project programs supporting multiple business units and regions.
• Safeguard system availability, integrity, and reliability, mitigating operational and financial risk exposure.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies, ensuring alignment with global architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Act as a strategic conduit between business operations and technology teams, driving execution and operational excellence.
• Foster a coaching-based leadership culture, emphasizing development, succession planning, and empowerment across all levels of the team.

• Oversee all technology supporting Fixed Income Settlements & Clearing globally.
• Lead modernization of systems across Canada, U.S., UK, and Asia (e.g., IMPACT).
• Partner with Global Wholesale Operations and Technology teams to align strategy.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with budgets between $2M–$15M.
• Drive Agile, Dev Ops, and continuous improvement practices.
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture across their team.
• Leading a team up of 10-15 people initially, with expectations to grow that team into 2026
• Communicate with executive stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Capital Markets.
