We are seeking a skilled and experienced AV and Endpoint Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support for audio visual equipment in meeting rooms, as well as experience with endpoint management and troubleshooting. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular maintenance and testing of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide real-time technical assistance for key video conferencing events Interact as required with AV vendors for specification, deployment, and support activities Provide field support as needed
Google Meet video conferencing platform. Knowledge of other video conferencing platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom Logitech hardware (webcams, headsets, conference room systems). Other AV solutions such as Crestron, Mersive, Bright Sign, and Barco.
