We’re looking for a Project Manager based in Toronto with a strong foundation in website design and digital delivery, who can lead web projects end-to-end while working closely with designers, developers, and clients. This role is best suited for someone who understands how websites are actually conceived, designed, built, and evolved—not someone managing timelines in isolation.
You’ll own projects from discovery through launch and beyond, translating design and UX thinking into practical execution while guiding internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions.
What you’ll doWork directly with clients to define business goals, user needs, and website requirements
Translate design, UX, and content strategy into clear scopes, timelines, and delivery plans
Lead and coordinate designers and developers throughout the full website lifecycle
Plan, prioritize, and manage deliverables and resources across multiple web projects
Own the creation and management of:
Statements of Work (SOWs) and estimates in collaboration with design and development leads
Functional requirements, user stories, and development sprints
Manage scope and client expectations, including leading weekly status calls on larger projects
Oversee internal resourcing, scheduling, and time tracking
Plan and execute Personas, Information Architecture, QA, testing, and client training activities
Share and implement delivery best practices across design and development teams
Support sales efforts, including solution demos and acting as a CMS subject-matter expert
2–4+ years managing website and digital projects, ideally within a digital agency
Strong working knowledge of website design, UX/UI, content strategy, and front-end development workflows
Experience delivering projects using CMS platforms (Kentico and/or Word Press preferred)
Ability to speak fluently with designers and developers and translate their work for clients
Comfortable managing ambiguity during discovery and early design phases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA preferred)
Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team=
We are currently all working remotely 2 days a week and in the Toronto office 3 days a week.
