Senior Project Manager to manage IT projects utilizing Cloud technologies, Azure​/SaaS

Term: till December 31, + extension

Must Haves:

1 Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT project management and Scrum Master experience in a software development environment managing small to medium sized projects

2 Minimum 5 years Experience in agile techniques and practices and driving delivery

3 Minimum 5 years experience in managing project activities throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, implementation and closeout involving IT and Business stakeholders. Develop and execute project plans, project status reports and project related communication documents

4 Experience managing IT projects utilizing Cloud technologies,
Azure and/or SaaS

Responsibilities:

Work within an existing team to manage multiple streams of work.

Manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle, including defining scope, goals,

deliverables in collaboration with IT partners and Business stakeholders.

Develop and execute project plans as well as other project documents and project related

communication

Maximize the value created by the project team by ensuring focus and flow, removing

impediments, escalating blockers and managing dependencies with other teams in the

organization.

Work with project stakeholders to ensure that goals are understood by everyone, manage the backlog,

create Stories and Acceptance Criteria, sequence items to maximize value delivery

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including iteration planning, retrospectives, standups

Work with a sense of urgency and demonstrate leadership skills to achieve high performance

and excellent service

Identify, manage and help mitigate project risks and issues

Work closely with Service Delivery Manager to ensure the project is on track and escalate any

impediments

Lead cross functional teams to deliver on diverse IT commitments / deliverables

Facilitate and/or participate in technical discussions while effectively building relationships and

influencing decisions

Work and negotiate with a variety of business stakeholders and vendors

Prepare/edit comprehensive project reports, and other documents with strong attention to

detail and excellent organizational skills
