    Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

    About the role

    We are looking for a Manager, Analytics and Business Intelligence for AI products. You will build a new team of experts aiming to better understand the performance of AI products.

    The team will build dashboards for AI products: from defining metrics, modeling data to reporting, in order to uncover insights that will enable AI teams to improve the user experience of these products, their business decisions and support the overall growth plan.

    What you'll do here:

    Reporting to the Director, Analytics and Business Intelligence, Digital and AI, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Dashboards
    :
    Build, develop and promote your team in the creation of dashboards based on AI product data.

  • Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with AI and operations teams to translate business requirements into metrics to measure operational efficiency.

  • Support
    :
    Support teams in understanding their product's performance by answering questions from our stakeholders and suggesting avenues of analysis.

  • Communication
    :
    Be the spokesperson for product performance to senior management in multiple forums.

  • Prioritization
    :
    Plan roadmaps annually and help your team focus on activities with maximum impact.

  • Vision
    :
    Define the organization, structure, scope and objectives of the dashboards, as well as the analysis of your team's performance and its mandate, working hand in hand with your stakeholders.

  • What you bring to the table:

  • 7 years of experience in data analysis within a user experience improvement context.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in a large organization.

  • 5 years of experience presenting to senior management stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of data management and dashboard creation tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks.

  • Inclusive leadership and the ability to make quick decisions.

  • Expert facilitator with a pragmatic approach.

  • Proven ability to lead by influence and drive change.

  • Excellent at making connections and identifying what matters.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is required:
    Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
