We are currently seeking a Oracle EBS Solution Architect to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Duties:

  • Provide support and implement enhancement and extensions as per business requirements for oracle EBS Manufacturing, Inventory, OM, Purchasing application modules.
  • Prepare functional designs for all functional business requirements and provide support to all functional activities.
  • Assist all team for feasibility analysis and participate in all development activities and perform tests on data migration.
  • Prepare plans for all deployment requirements and customize all oracle applications as per requirement with help of various application developer module.
  • Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall performances.
  • Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review.
  • Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met
  • Manage and resolve various Oracle applications for all service tickets.
  • Perform troubleshoot on all oracle application issues and provide production support and prepare test scripts on all applications and implement all fixes.
  • Coordinate with offshore team to ensure quality delivery of all work products.

    Skills:

  • More than eight years of Oracle EBS SCM module experiences.
  • Experienced in more than three end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain and contract manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent knowledge in Oracle Inv, OM, PO, Manufacturing modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experiences
  • Hand-on experiences on system configuration, requirement gathering, conducting CRP, creating test scripts and supporting UAT.
  • Coordinate with software vendors for defect resolutions.
  • Coordinate with other team members and review deliverables.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skill.
  • Ability to work in a Consulting and team environment.
  • Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Leading a team of consultants.

    • Basic Qualifications

    Minimum 8 years Oracle EBS Solution Architecture
