:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Reporting to the Senior Information Security Manager of Privileged Identity and Access Management, you will work as part of a larger team responsible for transforming and evolving Privileged s Management at the Bank.
This is a technical hands-on job which will coordinate ticketing intake requests and monitor all platforms to ensure compliance to Bank controls and standards.
Provide 7/24/365 on call support on a rotating schedule.
Role requires occasional travel to the Greater Toronto Area Datacenters for onsite support therefore you must have a driver's license and your own vehicle.
Cyber Ark Defender certification a requirement.
Deep understanding of Power Shell scripting, Cyber Ark REST-API, SNOW API, and AD API interfaces.
Good understanding of project delivery, identity lifecycle management and new technology deployment.
Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) along with experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes, methodologies, authentication standards, controls and technologies across all platforms and applications including infrastructure.
A responsibility of the role is to administer, configure, research, evaluate, recommend, design and implement features and functions using current Enterprise product – Cyber Ark.
Provide PAM SME knowledge and support to other internal teams.
Coordination with all levels of program resources (managers, vendor, test analysts, project managers and business SME's).
Works closely with multiple lines of business and technology teams to coordinate, plan and execute functional testing, deliver and implement solutions that meet specified business requirement.
Formulates test strategy and methodologies to develop an effective and re-useable testing approach that supports both current and future product development cycles.
Knowledge of Enterprise controls, control design, process development and optimization.
Information security professional that understands IT Access Management standards and lifecycle, with previous experience in large financial industry.
Knowledge and experience across all Platforms of Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, Windows, Database.
Expert ability to deal with vendors, executive stakeholders and delivery timelines.
Proactive team player with ability to manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed.
Ability to analyze and problem-solve issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical to support the translation of business level requirements into functional test requirements.
Knowledge of the following an asset (i.e. Change, Problem, Incident Management, Service-Now, Active Directory, and Windows/UNIX Operating Systems).
Knowledge of hardware and software configurations, network devices, and various technologies, and the ability to develop test Strategies and test plans for unfamiliar technologies with the input from business SMEs.
Strong attention to detail.
