Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and demonstrate leadership in architectural design, with the ability to guide complex global projects across infrastructure, telecom, and security domains.
Responsibilities:
Build Solution Architecture:
Create, scope, plan, document, and estimate the work required to deliver solution architecture. Collaborate with peers and designers to ensure the proposed solution aligns with architectural requirements.Modernization:
Prepare and review technological evolution of solutions. Develop a technology roadmap for the next 6-18 months.Technical Leadership:
Lead communication efforts and drive escalation and resolution with stakeholders. Mentor team members to enhance their technical development and broaden their knowledge towards becoming solution architects.Mandatory
Skills:
Proven ability to own and drive complete solutions from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.Expertise in Infrastructure Architecture, Telecom, and Security Architecture, with the ability to design and provide strategic guidance across these domains.Familiarity with architectural review boards and formal documentation practices within structured corporate governance frameworks.Strong understanding and practical application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles in system architecture.Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining .NET Microservices-based systems.Proficiency with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka or equivalent platforms for building scalable, event-driven architectures.Expertise in designing robust, secure, and scalable API interface.Strong grasp of cloud computing paradigms, including deployment models, scalability, and security considerations.Preferred
Skills:
Experience with cloud-based messaging services (e.g., Apache Kafka, Mule Soft API).Knowledge of event-driven architecture and .NET Microservices.Experience in leading technology modernization initiatives, including Legacy Transformation and Cloud Workload migration.Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in architecting and delivering comprehensive solutions, with a history of successfully managing complex technical projects in diverse environments.Experience with Enterprise Architecture, application architecture, and Cloud Architecture.Self-starter with an outcome-oriented mindset, capable of quickly absorbing complex business and technical contexts and establishing actionable plans.
