In this role you will:
Analyse and estimate effort for new scope and requirementsDesign and development ETL solutions on multiple complex initiatives.Stay abreast of modern technologies and best practices, and recommend introduction of new technology and processesAct as the Subject Matter Expert and manage admin functions for ETL and TalendInvestigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes; utilize internal defect tracking tool to create detailed, high quality error reportWork with product owners and test engineers to support QA processes, review test plans, test coverage and help improve test automationDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise systemsMinimum 5+ years hands-on Talend development experienceKnowledge of cloud integration with ETL.Knowledge of deployment processes and release pipelines. Eg :
Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitUnix/AIX script experienceETL tool experience with TalendData modeling and mappingPerformance tuning and optimizationSQL and database programming (Preferably DB2)Version control systemsGCP GDAP ExperienceStrong communication skillsTalend CertificationAbility to work in cross functional teamsPreferred Requirements:
Experience in agile methodologies like SCRUM/KanbanPreferred Requirements:
Experience with Talend 8.0Preferred Requirements:
Experience with Salesforce integrationPreferred Requirements:
