The AWS Developer Associate is responsible to enhance and support Hyundai Capital Canada's technical systems. This position will work closely with our engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy AWS services, and provide support for day-to-day technical operations.

• Assist with data exploration, analysis, and AWS system support.
• Help investigate and document issues found during QA and user acceptance testing phases.
• Contribute in deploying machine learning models and technical codes to production environments, and assist with performance monitoring using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose data solutions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms, such as AWS.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Familiarity with concepts and frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of JIRA or other project management tools is an asset.
• Full understanding of SDLC, data governance lifecycle, and software development practices.
• Ability to work directly with subject matter experts, Business analysts, DBAs to troubleshoot and resolve data inquiries.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
