We are seeking a Technical Lead – Conversational AI & Business Systems to serve as a strategic bridge between business, technical, and product teams. This role leads the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation and conversational platforms. It combines system analysis, full-stack development, and leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions that enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will ensure architectural excellence, foster technical innovation, and align solutions with business goals across AI-driven initiatives such as IVR, Virtual Assistants, Generative AI, and automation systems.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Conversational AI, IVR, and Generative AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into system and functional requirements
• Architect and develop scalable, data-driven microservices and enterprise AI applications
• Oversee system integrations between telephony, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Provide hands-on leadership across development, testing, and implementation of voice-first and chatbot systems
• Guide teams through all stages of the SDLC — from requirements gathering to production support
• Conduct feasibility analysis and ensure system designs meet technical standards and business outcomes
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops for requirements elicitation, process mapping, and technical validation
• Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support for complex systems
• Mentor team members, promoting code quality, automation, and AI innovation
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and system analysis
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and automation domains
• Proven experience with IVR systems, Virtual Assistants, Generative AI (RAG, LLMs), and voice-first applications
• Strong background in cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams and managing end-to-end project delivery

• Proficiency with Dialogflow CX, Watson
X, and Azure Cognitive Services

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git Lab/Jenkins pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with data modeling, system design, and SDLC best practices
