This is the role.
A recent carve-out acquisition is shifting onto Net Suite, and the organization needs a true Net Suite champion to lead the integration, build the right data foundations, and make sure the numbers roll up cleanly into corporate reporting. You’ll be the technical + finance brain powering the entire integration.
This isn’t a maintenance role.
This is a build, architect, fix, streamline, reconcile, and elevate role.
And the scope can flex - Manager, Senior Manager, or Director, depending on what you bring to the table.

What You’ll Lead
Own everything related to Net Suite finance systems and integrations for the newly acquired business.Ensure financial data moves cleanly between Net Suite and other platforms (ERP, payroll, billing, banking).Perform deep data mapping, validation, and reconciliation work, including tying out trial balances and resolving discrepancies.Be the core liaison between Finance and IT
, ensuring both sides align on what the numbers need to do.Troubleshoot, refine, and optimize integrations as the organization transitions through its ERP roadmap.Document and streamline processes for long-term stability.Support future tuck-in acquisitions and ongoing system improvements.Who Thrives Here

Deep, hands-on expertise with Net Suite - ideally including implementation or major enhancement work.Strong understanding of financial statements, trial balances, and accounting data flows
.Comfortable navigating multi-system environments and managing complex integrations.Able to troubleshoot data issues, improve mapping, and ensure accurate consolidation.Skilled communicator who works well with senior finance, IT, and operational teams.Experience with ERP/consolidation systems, payroll or billing systems, or treasury/banking integrations is a plus.
