What is the opportunity?We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to lead the management, optimization, and governance of Microsoft Teams and Webcast/Vbrick platforms across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless collaboration, secure streaming, and user adoption while aligning these tools with business objectives and IT best practicesWhat will you do?
Designs, develops and enforces installation and maintenance standards on software/hardware applications and network systems.
Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.
Leading in the selection, installation and administration of hardware, software and network components.
Consulting on programming and administration for local applications and databases.
Installing, evaluating and applying software and application updates; ensuring backup and recovery capabilities.
Designing, planning, installing, debugging and troubleshooting operations support and automation systems, systems software, hardware applications and support products.
Application Management:
Oversee configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management for Microsoft Teams, Webcast/VBrick, and other SaaS platforms, including updates, integrations (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Power Platform, and third-party app governance.
Governance & Compliance:
Develop and enforce policies for usage, naming conventions, data retention, external sharing, and streaming permissions to meet security, regulatory, and licensing standards.
User Support & Training:
Provide advanced troubleshooting, create training materials, and conduct workshops to drive adoption and proficiency across all managed platforms.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor system health, resolve scalability issues, and implement automation (e.g., Power Shell, APIs) for efficient SaaS management.
Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Partner with IT, security, and business teams to align platform capabilities with organizational needs and emerging requirements.
Innovation &
Roadmap:
Evaluate new features, pilot initiatives, and contribute to the long-term SaaS and collaboration strategy.
Must-have:
6+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS applications, including collaboration (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and streaming platforms (e.g., Webcast/VBrick or similar).
Deep knowledge of cloud SaaS ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Workspace) and streaming technologies.
Experience with governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Teams Admin Center) and SaaS management platforms (e.g., Better Cloud, Torii).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified:
Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) or equivalent, plus SaaS/cloud certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure SaaS specialties).
Scripting/automation experience (Power Shell, Python, REST APIs).
Familiarity with Agile/Dev Ops methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
Project management experience (PMP or Scrum certification a plus).
