Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to work onsite with a client’s product and engineering teams in downtown Toronto. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong ownership of end-to-end design execution across mobile and web products

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile and web applications, from concept to final deliveryTranslate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into high-quality design solutionsCreate pixel-perfect UI designs
, interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypesEnsure strong visual consistency and attention to detail across platformsWork closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Client Stakeholders onsiteAdapt and design within existing client design systems (., Uber, Lyft–style systems)Contribute to usability improvements through user-centered design principlesMaintain design quality while working independently with minimal supervisionRequired Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience designing both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applicationsExceptional UI/visual design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, and layoutProven experience as an individual contributor in product-driven organizationsAbility to work independently at client locations and manage multiple design prioritiesExperience working within or adapting to enterprise-level design systemsStrong proficiency with design tools such as Figma (required)Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsPreferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience in Finance / Fin Tech productsBackground working with large-scale consumer or platform productsExposure to accessibility standards and usability best practicesAdditional Notes
This role is Toronto-first and onsiteHiring is for 1 Senior UI/UX Product Designer
